After placing your order at checkout and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your gift card code within 3 hours.

Please note, orders placed overnight would be delivered by the next day.

In some rare cases, it can take longer.

We offer many methods of payment for customers. If buying a gift card, you can pay through the following gateways:

• Bank Deposit
• Online Bank Transfer
• Online Debit / Credit Card (WiPay)

Please note payments through Debit / Credit Card online is subject to a 4% transaction fee.

Unfortunately no, there’s no way to return or refund a gift card.

In the rare event that your gift card code is invalid, an investigation will be opened by our team into the matter. Once we deem that there was an issue with the code provided to you, you will either be refunded or given another code.
