By using any Brand New product purchased from Tropicart Electronics, you agree to a 1 Year Limited Warranty as set out below.

By using any Certified Pre-Owned product purchased from Tropicart Electronics, you agree to a 60 Day Limited Warranty as set out below.

We recommend reading through our warranty policy before using any of our devices whether it be Brand New or Certified Pre-Owned. If you DO NOT agree with the terms of this warranty agreement, please DO NOT open or use the product and return it within the return period as stated in Tropicart’s Return & Refund Policy which can be found here: Return & Refund Policy

SECTION 2 – WHAT IS COVERED IN THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY 

Tropicart Electronics 1 Year Limited Warranty covers your device against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Our warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

SECTION 3 – WHAT IS COVERED IN THE 60 DAY WARRANTY

Tropicart Electronics 60 Day Limited Warranty covers your device against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Our warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.
