How to prepare your iPhone for repair

Before you drop off or mail in:

STEP 1:

Back up your iPhone via iCloud, Mac or your PC 

STEP 2:

Update your iPhone to the latest available IOS. Do this via Settings —-> General —-> Software Update. 

STEP 3: DROP OFF’s ONLY

Drop Off Locations:
Port of Spain between 9AM – 12PM
Diego Martin between 9AM – 5PM

STEP 4: MAIL IN

Mailing in your device is a Paid Service. A shipping fee would be added if we need to pickup and ship your iPhone. To mail in your iPhone, please follow the guide below:

1) Use any box or packaging that can securely hold your device in place during transport to our facility.
2) Use any loose material Eg: Newspaper or Bubblewrap to fill any excess space in the box.
3) Secure your package with tape. 

4) Please print and stick the prepaid shipping label onto the box to be scanned by the courier. Please note: *Tropicart is not responsible for any damage during shipping*.

STEP 5: Repair & Return

On arrival to us, your device will begin its repair and be returned to you via courier. Payments for diagnostics or repairs can be done on return of your device.

Currently, we only offer Repairs on iPhones.

Yes definitely! However, if you decide to not proceed with the repair or we are unable to repair your device, there is a non refundable diagnostic fee of $100.

Our main goal is to get your device back working exactly the way it should. Whilst we do not rush diagnostics or repair work, we’ll try to get your device back to you as fast as possible while maintaining the industries highest standards.

We offer many methods of payment for customers. By far the most convenient way of paying is via Online Bank Transfer.

Alternatively, you can pay via Cash or Linx on Delivery!

We can also take Credit Card on delivery or Online but this is subject to a 4% transaction fee.

It’s not necessary! While it will assist us in repairing and testing your device, you can choose to not provide it.

Absolutely! We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for a 90 day period.

Yes you can. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of your parts and we would not be able to provide warranty for these repairs.
