Tropicart wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

SECTION 1 – Standard Return Policy 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online or in store from Tropicart:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Tropicart, either online or at our Retail Store, can be returned to Tropicart. 
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and all other items that were included when you received it.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any return. This helps us cover our shipping costs, and helps us maintain our incredible pricing.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, refund or exchange including:

  • Wearable Products – EarPods, AirPods, Apple Watches.
  • Digital Products – Gift Cards
  • Personalized Products – Any Apple product with custom engravements.

SECTION 2 – How to Return an Item to Tropicart

To return an item to Tropicart, contact us hello@tropicartt.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 3 – Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund is initiated immediately.

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you paid by Cash, Credit or Debit card (In Store), refunds will be sent via Online Banking directly to an account of your choice.

SECTION 4 – Return for an Exchange

Firstly, your return for an exchange must be in compliance with the items laid out in Section 1.

  • If you purchased your item from Tropicart in the Trinidad and Tobago, you can take it to our retail store for an exchange.
  • For International returns for exchanges, a return shipping label would be sent as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is received, your replacement would be shipped to you.
