Firstly, we at Tropicart Electronics, thank you for your purchase and your continued support. By placing an order through this Website or by having one of our associates do it for you, you will be agreeing to the terms below. Rest assured, where applicable, we will make every effort to handle your return or refund as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SECTION 1 – RETURNS (General)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must return new, unopened merchandise in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS (For Refunds)

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item being returned for reasons not of a manufacturer defect.
  • Any item not in its original condition or has had its accessories (Screen Protector, Case or Charger) opened an used.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item that is damaged, tampered with or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please note, AirPods & EarPods are not returnable or refundable unless it is still sealed in its original packaging.
 
Digital Products such as Gift Cards are NOT returnable or refundable .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the refundable amount you would qualify for depending on the condition of the returned item.

If you approve of the refundable amount, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 2-5 days maximum).

SECTION 3 – RETURNS (For Exchanges)

Returns for exchanges can be processed within 14 days of your purchase. Store credit will be applied to your account which you can use to put forward for a different device.

Please note, there are certain situations where only partial or no credit is given for the returnable device: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition or has had its accessories (Screen Protector, Case or Charger) opened an used.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item that is damaged, tampered with or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SECTION 4 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 5 – SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED PRODUCT EXCHANGES / REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or functionally damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tropicartt.com or call us at 703-5539, notifying us of the situation and once within the 1 Year ( For Brand new devices) or 60 day (For Pre-Owned devices) warranty period, your item will be exchanged once we complete an inspection of the device and deemed the fault is of a manufacturer defect. For new devices, we will execute the claim directly with the manufacturer and will replace your item with another as similar to the previous product purchased.

Once we deem that the issue is of a manufacturer defect, you, the customer, will either have the choice of requesting for a full refund or having the defected product exchanged for another item. Please note, we will try our best to replace the product with the same one previously bought but in the event we no longer have anymore available, you can either upgrade / downgrade to a different device and the difference will be applied by either party.

Also note that all devices (Brand new or Pre-Owned) are checked by our technicians before an exchange is sent out. If we observe that the device was tampered with or was damaged while in the customer’s care, no refund will be made and the original device will be sent back to the customer. In the event the customer denies collection of the returned device for any reason, refuses to make payment for shipping fees or device service fees, we “Tropicart Electronics” reserve the right to place the device back into inventory to then be resold at the previous owner’s expense.

SECTION 7 – RETURN SHIPPING

Once you have reached out to us via email (support@tropicartt.com) or phone (703-5539), we will provide you an address where you can ship your product back to. Please note, Tropicart Electronics will only pay for return shipping where:

  • The purchased good or service has a manufacturer defect

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, excluding the provision laid out above. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In the event, we find any device being returned or exchanged was tampered with, no refund or exchange will be given.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $1000 TTD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
