Great question!! All our Pre-Owned devices are Graded by our technicians. They can either be Graded A, B or C depending on their cosmetic condition.

Yes! Per our Return & Refund Policy, devices can be returned for either a refund or exchange within a 30-day period from the date of purchase.

At checkout, you can choose how quickly you would like to have your package delivered. We offer both a Same Day and Next Day Delivery service to most of Trinidad. Alternatively, you can also choose Free 2 Day Delivery.

Depending on your area for delivery, it can sometimes take 2-3 days.
